Job Description

We are looking for an Area Sales Officer to join our team. 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop efficient and creative sales and marketing strategies for the assigned territory and target setting for the sales team.
  • To ensure achievement of sales targets as per plan; implement initiatives at dealer level; build consumer & influencer connect and gather competitive intelligence data from the field.
  • Understand the geography-wise sales plan for product from superiors and cascade the sales plans; ensure achievement of same.
  • Visit locations as per Personal Journey Plans (PJP); build mutually beneficial relationships with clients.
  • Ensure clients development and motivation towards Product Sales and generation of adequate sales funnel, promote new products/ SKUs as planned.
  • Build consumer/influencer connect as per the region to build brand awareness and generate leads for the dealers.
  • Maintain regular coordination with Sales coordinator and MIS team to ensure on time order fulfillment.
Qualifications
  • Should be based in Krishna district, Andhra Pradesh
  • Must be willing to travel locally within the market
  • Should be fluent in Telegu
  • Past experience in building materials or steel industry desirable
