Job Category Consumer Bank Degree Level Bachelor s Degree As a Relationship Officer for Kotak 811 Digital Sales you will be responsible for acquiring new customers through open market activities and driving sales of financial products This is a high-energy field-based role focused on building relationships achieving sales targets and expanding the bank s digital footprint Responsibilities Conduct 100 field-based customer acquisition for Savings and Current Accounts through Canopy and Umbrella activities Cold calling Referrals and open market sourcing Drive cross-selling of financial products such as Life Insurance LI General Insurance GI Systematic Investment Plans SIP Personal Loans PL Fixed Deposits FD Work within assigned geographical areas mapped by pin code to meet acquisition and cross-sell targets Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to enhance engagement and product penetration Ensure compliance with internal processes and customer service standards
