Key Responsibilities

  • User Support & Issue Resolution:

  • Provide first and second-level functional and technical support for all ERP-related issues reported by end-users across departments (Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales, etc.).

  • Log, track, prioritize, and resolve support tickets and incidents within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

  • Escalate complex or unresolvable issues to senior technical staff or external vendors as necessary, and track them through to resolution.

  • System Maintenance & Monitoring:

  • Perform routine system health checks, monitoring, and maintenance tasks.

  • Assist in managing user access, roles, and permissions within the ERP system to ensure proper security and segregation of duties.

  • Help test and deploy patches, updates, and new configurations.

  • Training & Documentation:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user manuals, SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), and troubleshooting guides.

  • Conduct training sessions for new and existing users on ERP modules, best practices, and new features.

  • Process Improvement:

  • Collaborate with business process owners to understand their needs and recommend functional improvements or customizations within the ERP system.

  • Participate in testing new configurations, customizations, and module implementations.

  • Data Integrity:

  • Assist in maintaining data integrity within the ERP system by supporting data clean-up activities and reporting on data quality issues.
