A Kitchen supervisor (Storekeeper) manages the kitchen staff, food safety, and inventory. They also help develop menus and ensure kitchen cleanliness. Responsibilities

  • Food safety: Ensure food is handled and prepared safely and in compliance with health and safety standards
  • Inventory: Order and maintain inventory of kitchen supplies and ingredients
  • Menu planning: Assist with developing new recipes and menu items
  • Staffing: Schedule and oversee kitchen staff shifts
  • Training: Train new kitchen staff and provide ongoing coaching and feedback
  • Communication: Communicate kitchen needs to supervisors
  • Food quality: Monitor food quality and presentation
  • Cost-saving: Identify methods to cut waste, decrease costs, and improve profits

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
