The Store Executive is responsible for managing the inventory and stock control of goods and materials within the hotel's storeroom. They ensure efficient handling of incoming and outgoing deliveries, maintain accurate records of inventory levels, and oversee the organization and cleanliness of the storage areas.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Inventory Management**:

- Receive, inspect, and record deliveries of goods and materials into the storeroom.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, including stock counts, adjustments, and transfers.
- Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies as needed to maintain optimal inventory levels.

**2. Stock Control**:

- Organize and categorize inventory items for easy identification and access.
- Implement proper storage techniques to ensure the safe handling and preservation of goods.
- Conduct regular stock checks and audits to verify inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies.

**3. Purchasing Support**:

- Assist in the procurement process by preparing purchase requisitions and monitoring delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
- Verify the quality and quantity of incoming deliveries against purchase orders and packing slips.

**4. Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain detailed records of all stock movements, including receipts, issues, and transfers.
- Prepare reports on inventory levels, consumption rates, and stock movements for management review.
- Generate purchase orders, invoices, and other documentation as required.

**5. Safety and Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures in the handling and storage of hazardous materials.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
- Adhere to all hotel policies and procedures related to inventory management and security.

**Criteria**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred).
- Previous experience in inventory management, stock control, or warehouse operations.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

**Working Conditions**:

- The Storekeeper or Store Executive typically works in a storeroom environment within the hotel.
- This position may involve standing or walking for extended periods and lifting heavy items.
- The job may require working irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate delivery schedules and operational needs

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
