Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Dadri. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves market research to identify trends, competitive analysis, and creating detailed business plans for potential clients.
Qualifications
- Business development, sales, and client relationship management skills
- Market research and competitive analysis expertise
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in developing comprehensive business plans
- Ability to meet sales targets and drive revenue growth
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the staffing and recruiting industry is a plus
