Role Brief:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven
Relationship Executive
to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for
onboarding, managing, and supporting Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs) as well as existing clients
. You will play a key role in driving initial trading activity, increasing platform usage, and promoting suitable financial products. The role requires strong communication skills, a consultative sales approach, and the ability to foster long-term relationships while achieving revenue targets through client engagement and cross-selling. Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to newly registered and existing Dhanush
    clients to encourage initial trading activity.
  • Support IFAs with client onboarding, platform usage, and query resolution to ensure smooth adoption of Dhanush.
  • Clearly explain the benefits, features, and usage of Dhanush's trading and investment platform to both clients and IFAs.
  • Guide clients through their first trade execution and provide assistance with platform navigation.
  • Build strong rapport with inactive or underutilised accounts to nurture relationships and increase platform usage.
  • Assist IFAs in identifying client needs and provide them with product support to enable effective cross-selling of financial offerings.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate logs of all client and IFA interactions, follow-ups, and account activity in CRM tools.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (product, compliance, operations) to ensure smooth service delivery and timely resolution of both client and IFA concerns.
  • Consistently meet or exceed targets related to revenue generation and IFA channel growth.
