Job Description:

System Onboarding

• Hardware: Device Programming, Device Commissioning, Go-Live into the GSOC.
• Software: Installation, updating while ensuring GTS policy and procedures are followed, configuration.
• Network: Work with GNS on IP assignment, security VLAN setup and testing sign-off.

Administration

• User Role Creation.
• User Setup.
• Basic Data Requests.
• System Audits.
• Basic Feature Adjustment.

System Maintenance

• Firmware updates, Software Updates, Patches.
• Hardware upgrades.
• Password management.
• System Backup Support and Verification.

Troubleshooting

• Issue Diagnosis.
• Technical Support.
• Documentation.
• Access Control Related.
• Video Related.
• Data Base Related.

Life Cycle Support

• Device replacement.
• Cost Planning.

Decommissioning

• Device Wiping.
• Verification.

Other

• Serve as the administrator and maintenance manager. Must independently operate, inspect, diagnose, and perform minor repair for system problems and be capable of taking immediate actions to resolve malfunctions.
• Requires detailed knowledge of all hardware and software operating systems, to include maintenance of all systems, linked sensors, system configurations from front-end to end users.
• Oversee and certify all work done on the system and oversees and certifies all additional equipment and capabilities installed on the system.
• Capable of providing technical diagnostic for escalation.
• Capable of working with counterparts in other parts of the company in a collaborative manner.
