About the Role

We are looking for an IT & Security Operations Engineer who will support core IT functions, strengthen our endpoint security posture, and ensure compliance across systems and devices. This role is highly hands-on and requires strong ownership, technical depth, and a problem-solving mindset. You will work closely with Engineering, People Operations, and Security teams to ensure smooth daily operations and a secure, compliant environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily IT operations: user onboarding/offboarding, hardware setup, and troubleshooting.
  
  

• Manage and monitor Google Workspace, Okta, Jamf Pro, and Jamf Protect for security and compliance.
  
  

• Review and remediate open security and compliance findings.
  
  

• Ensure 100% MFA enforcement, device encryption, and patch compliance across endpoints.
  
  

• Automate routine IT and security tasks using Google Apps Script, Bash, or Python.
  
  

• Maintain asset inventory, access control reviews, and security dashboards.
  
  

• Assist in audit evidence preparation for SOC2 / ISO27001 readiness.
  
  

Skills & Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in IT administration or security operations.
  
  

• Strong understanding of:
  
  

  • Google Workspace admin and security settings
    
    

  • Identity management (Okta or similar IAM tools)
    
    

  • MDM platforms (Jamf Pro, Intune, or equivalent)
    
    

• Basic scripting knowledge (Python, Bash, or Google Apps Script).
  
  

• Familiarity with SOC2 / ISO27001 frameworks and compliance processes.
  
  

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
