System Security Engineer

Company:Qualcomm India Private LimitedJob Area:Engineering Group, Engineering Group > Systems EngineeringGeneral Summary:The Security System Engineer will work as part of Qualcomm's Hardware Security Team on leading technologies in Qualcomm's diverse portfolio: Artificial Intelligence, Laptops, IoT, Mobile, Automotive, Wearables, and XR/VR.  Product Security Certifications are critical in building customer trust, demonstrating security capabilities, meeting regulations, and ensuring high security assurance.  You will be joining a cross functional team of expert hardware and security engineers contributing to the development and certification of Qualcomm Product Portfolio.You will focus on developing scalable methodologies, software vectors, test benches and tools for supporting: Federal Information Processing Standards (FIPS), Security Evaluation Standard for IoT Platforms (SESIP), Common Criteria, Global Platform, and EU Cyber Resilience Act (CRA).  The candidate will be expected to work across multiple disciplines from system architects, hardware designers, production test engineers, security analyst, and certification engineers.Required SkillsExperience in Low Level software development in C, C++, and AssemblyExcellent knowledge of ARM / RISCV processorsDebug of software & HW system using Lauterbach Trace32 / Practice ScriptsExpeience developing embedded softwareGood communication skillsAbility to work with cross functional teamsStrong debug skillsPreferred SkillsExpeience in post silicon validationKnowledge of Security Protocols (Hashing, symmetric and asymmetric cryptography)Develop / Maintain / Port software  across a chipset familiesExperience with developing test methodologies to support:Validating Security Architecture & Engineering Designs meet Security Certification Requirements.Leveraging Lab Instrument Automation and experience in working lab environementMinimum Qualifications:•    Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 4+ years of Systems Engineering or related work experience. ORMaster's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 3+ years of Systems Engineering or related work experience.
