What You'll Do

  • Conduct primary and secondary research across psychology, learning sciences and organizational behavior.
  • Interview experts from academia and industry to extract insights and trends.
  • Assist in building evidence-based learning tools, assessments, and content frameworks.
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to support thought leadership and innovation projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, design, Tech, and leadership) to translate research into practical learning solutions.
  • Contribute to white papers, blogs and research reports that shape the future of work and learning.
  • Support ongoing studies on human behavior, motivation, leadership and learning experience design.

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (or pursuing) in Psychology, Behavioral Science, or related field.
  • 0-18 months of experience
  • Passion for turning insights into impact — not just reports, but real-world change
  • Strong curiosity and structured thinking — you ask why, how, and what next.
  • Excellent writing, articulation, and comprehension skills.
  • Interest in organizational learning, psychometrics, and people development.
  • Confidence to interact and interview diverse professionals across domains.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects with attention to detail and research integrity.
