Description:- We are looking for a Research Director(Account Director) to be a part of our esteemed Organization Hansa Research Group Pvt Ltd. in our Quantitative Research team Bangalore .- Hansa Research is the largest Indian consumer insights company undertaking engagements with clients across 100+ countries.- We are the first Indian insights and consulting company to acquire a US-based firm, GCR (formerly called Gartner Custom Research).- With research offices across India, Singapore, Bangladesh, Dubai and the USA, Hansa Researchs infrastructure is comparable to the best in the industry.- Engaging with clients across multiple sectors, with an array of packaged and customized offerings, Hansa Research focuses on innovation and value addition, to help clients make insightful decisions.- Hansa Research has done some path-breaking work, which have become industry standards in India , Indian Readership Survey, Household Potential Index and Indian Outdoor Survey.- We are part of the RK Swamy Group.- The R K SWAMY | HANSA companies represent one of India's leading multidiscipline, multi-location, marketing communications and services groups, serving the needs of a wide array of companies, in India and the USA.- We are close to five decades old, offering a full spectrum of services in the Marketing services space.- The group employs over 1,500 people and serves 250+ clients across a wide spectrum of categories.- It is India's leading multidiscipline, marketing communications and services group with companies operating into diverse domains such as: Advertising & Communications, Insights & Consulting, Marketing & Activation, PR & Education, Data Analytics, Integrated marketing CRM.Primary Responsibilities:- Be a part of the team that creates an effective Quantitative research strategy.- Should be responsible for Client Management: Client Retention & Growth (includes new business development efforts).- Cultivate strong &effective working relationships with internal stakeholders & clients.- Ensures the achievement of annual revenue goals through a comprehensive strategy.- Should be responsible for Team Management & Development.- To lead own, manage and drive delivery of projects.- Collaboration with the Global/regional Research & Support teams.Essential Skills/Competencies:- Proven expertise in building relationships to develop and deliver on client commitments with a wide range of stakeholders in FMCG sector or across sectors.- Good Analytical Skills & Problem-solving ability.- Strong written and verbal communication skills, a persuasive and passionate communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.Qualification: Post Graduation or any Equivalent degree.Experience required: 8-10 years of prior Market Research Experience with wellknown organizations.
