We are looking for a Research Director(Account Director) to be a part of our esteemed Organization- Hansa Research Group Pvt Ltd. in our Quantitative Research team- Bangalore .Hansa Research is the largest Indian consumer insights company undertaking engagements with clients across 100+ countries. It is India's leading multidiscipline, marketing communications and services group with companies operating into diverse domains such as: Advertising & Communications, Insights & Consulting, Marketing & Activation, PR & Education, Data Analytics, Integrated marketing CRM.Primary Responsibilities:Be a part of the team that creates an effective Quantitative research strategyShould be responsible for Client Management: Client Retention & Growth (includes new business development efforts)Cultivate strong &effective working relationships with internal stakeholders & clientsEnsures the achievement of annual revenue goals through a comprehensive strategy.Should be responsible for Team Management & DevelopmentTo lead own, manage and drive delivery of projectsCollaboration with the Global/regional Research & Support teamsEssential Skills/Competencies Proven expertise in building relationships to develop and deliver on client commitments with a wide range of stakeholders in FMCG sector or across sectorsGood Analytical Skills & Problem-solving abilityStrong written and verbal communication skills, a persuasive and passionate communicator with excellent interpersonal skillsQualification: Post Graduation or any Equivalent degreeExperience required: 8-10 years of prior Market Research Experience with well- known organizations
