Key Responsibilities:-

  • Recruitment & hiring:
  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and internal references.
  • Screen resumes and schedule interviews with candidates and panel members.
  • Coordinate candidate assessments, tests, and interview follow-ups.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and status reports.
  • Onboarding & induction:
  • Prepare onboarding documents (LOI, Offer Letter, NDA, etc.).
  • Coordinate joining formalities and ensure proper documentation.
  • Support in organizing induction sessions for new joiners.
  • Create/update employee files on KEKA (or other HRMS platforms).
  • HR operations & documentation:
  • Maintain and update employee records and databases.
  • Assist in preparing HR letters (experience, internship, salary slips, etc.).
  • Support attendance management, leave tracking, and policy communication.
  • Ensure compliance with company HR policies and statutory guidelines.
  • Employee engagement:
  • Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities.
  • Handle employee queries and escalate them when required.
  • Support HR team in resolving day-to-day employee concerns.
  • Performance & appraisal support:
  • Help collect performance data and maintain appraisal records.
  • Coordinate with team leads for performance documentation.
  • HR analytics & reporting:
  • Prepare basic MIS reports on recruitment, attendance, and employee status.
  • Assist in HR audits and monthly HR presentations.
