PPC Planner
to join our team and help us scale with precision and efficiency.


Role Overview

As a
PPC Planner
, you will be the nerve center of our operations — ensuring seamless flow of orders from yarn procurement through weaving, dyeing, finishing, stitching, QA, and dispatch. You'll work closely with Merchandising, Production, QA, Procurement, and Logistics to ensure every buyer order is executed
On-Time-In-Full (OTIF)

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and monitor
    loom loading & dyeing schedules
    .
  • Convert every PO into a
    Time & Action (T&A) calendar
    with milestones.
  • Calculate
    material requirements (MRP)
    and align with procurement.
  • Track daily production vs. plan, highlight risks, and re-adjust schedules.
  • Publish
    weekly and monthly dashboards
    for management.
  • Coordinate across teams to ensure zero surprises and smooth order execution.


KPIs

  • Plan adherence ≥ 90%
  • Loom/jigger utilization ≥ 85%
  • OTIF ≥ 95%
  • On-time material availability ≥ 95%


What We're Looking For

  • 5–10 years of experience in
    textile production planning
    (weaving/dyeing/stitching preferred).
  • Strong in
    Excel / Google Sheets / ERP systems
    .
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure.
  • Great communicator who can drive discipline across teams.
