QA Team Leader

The Team Leader in the Lead Conversion Department will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of counselors/Telecounselors focused on converting leads into successful enrollments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales or lead conversion, strong leadership skills, and a passion for the education sector. This role requires a dynamic individual who can motivate their team to meet targets while maintaining a high standard of service.

- Set daily, weekly, and monthly targets for the team and ensure they are met.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to improve individual and team performance.

- Prepare regular reports on lead conversion rates, team performance, and other key metrics.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- 2 years of experience in sales, lead conversion, or a related field, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of the conversion metrics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data effectively.
