Join Our Finance Team as an Accounts Executive We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to oversee inventory management within our finance department. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Tally and Excel, along with prior experience managing inventory. This role ensures accurate stock records, smooth inventory processes, and timely reporting. Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update inventory records accurately using Tally.
  • Ensure timely and accurate posting of inventory transactions (receipts, issues, adjustments, etc.).
  • Reconcile physical stock / Portal Stock with system records and investigate discrepancies.
  • Prepare detailed inventory reports and provide insights on stock movement and valuation.
  • Support month-end and year-end inventory audits.
  • Assist in cost analysis and ensure inventory-related financial data is accurate.
  • Collaborate with the procurement and warehouse teams to ensure efficient stock management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.
  • Proven experience in managing inventory using Tally.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Analysis, etc.).
  • Good understanding of accounting principles related to inventory.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in handling inventory for a retail/FMCG or similar environment.
  • Knowledge of other accounting software is a plus.
