We are looking for a highly enthusiastic & passionate candidate for the post of R&D Associate to develop next-generation dental materials, including cements, 3D printing resins, sealers, and composites. You will be part of a high-energy team driving innovation from concept to commercial launch.

3-5 years of hands-on R&D experience for mid-level roles in polymer or biomaterial development, including formulation, characterization, and scaling from lab to production

Relevant sector : Dental Materials & Products, Medical Device & Biomaterials, Polymer & Chemical manufacturing, Additive Manufacturing/ 3D printing, Advanced Materials Science & nanotechnology

Role & responsibilities :

  • Formulate and optimize dental materials (UV-curable resins, composites, sealers, cements)
  • Modify fillers/monomers for improved adhesion, toughness, and antimicrobial properties
  • Develop photopolymerization processes for dental 3D printing applications
  • Test and validate material performance, ensuring biocompatibility compliance (ISO 13485 / CE MDR / FDA)
  • Lead R&D projects, align research with business goals, and meet project milestones

Preferred candidate profile :

  • BSc/MSc in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Polymer Science, or Chemistry
  • Experience in polymer chemistry, dental materials formulation, and photopolymerization
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and time-management skills
  • Familiarity with dental-specific applications a plus
