About the Role
Brad Technology is on the lookout for a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive who can take ownership of generating business opportunities and converting them into long-term partnerships. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to directly contribute to business growth.
What You'll Do
-Proactively reach out to prospects via email, LinkedIn, phone, and other communication channels to generate qualified meetings and new business opportunities.
-Attend top industry events and tech meetups to expand professional networks, represent the company brand, and identify new sales prospects.
-Follow up on provided leads using a strategic and personalized approach to build trust, nurture relationships, and guide prospects smoothly through the sales pipeline toward closure.
-Take ownership of the full follow-up and closing process, ensuring every opportunity is managed with professionalism, responsiveness, and a strong focus on client needs.
-Accurately track and manage lead information and all related activities using the company CRM to maintain clear visibility into the sales pipeline.
-Consistently achieve or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs, including number of leads followed up, meetings booked, opportunities created, and deals closed.
What You Bring:
2+ years B2B experience in an SDR, business development, or sales-focused role.
Familiar with software development technologies and processes.
Hands on experience in Shopify plus, headless commerce & omnichannel, cloud, software development, mobile app and SDLC.
Proven track record in cold calling and appointment scheduling
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to engage and build rapport quickly.
Must-Haves / Preferred Backgrounds:
Experience in SaaS companies, logistics, payment gateway, checkout platforms, loyalty programs, CRM solutions, or omnichannel technology environments.
Strong understanding of B2B technology sales cycles, lead qualification, and solution-based selling.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a proactive, results-driven mindset.
