1. Skills Required

  • Review RFPs and issue RFQs.
  • Vendor selection & evaluation.
  • Order Management (Prepare and handle purchasing orders)
  • Launch and follow up on actions on recurrent supplier inputs and process urgent requests as needed.
  • Manage various supplier information and pricing data in ERP and other Procurement tools,
  • Resolve supply, quality, service, and invoicing issues with vendors. Maintain track of potential suppliers and procurement.
  • Processing and administration of contractual documents such as non-disclosure agreements and contracts,
  • Manage supplier quality Approval to ensure that suppliers are compliant with certifications required in coordination with relevant stakeholders.

2. Tech Skills required

  • Good MS office Skill
  • ERP Knowledge is must
  • Business Fluent English Skill
  • Good communication skill & Ability to work in team

  • Ability to work independently and Self Motivated

  • Preferred Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field

  • 0 to 3 years of experience in Procurement & Supply chain
