About the Role:

We are hiring Procurement Executives (Freshers) to join our IT Infrastructure & Product Procurement team at Precision Group.

This is an excellent opportunity to start your career in procurement and supply chain operations, coordinating with vendors, preparing purchase orders, and supporting IT hardware procurement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the procurement of IT hardware such as servers, storage, networking devices, and related peripherals.
  • Collect quotations and prepare price comparison sheets from authorized vendors/OEMs.
  • Support the preparation of purchase orders (POs) and maintain procurement documentation.
  • Coordinate with vendors for delivery status and invoice submission.
  • Collaborate with finance and logistics teams for invoice verification and payment follow-ups.
  • Maintain vendor databases, purchase records, and pricing lists.
  • Adhere to company procurement policies and compliance procedures.

Desired Qualification:

  • Any Degree (preferably pass-outs).
  • Interest in the IT procurement or supply chain domain.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.
