Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design
    functional and modern office layouts
    using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools.
  • Plan
    modular furniture placement
    for ergonomic and aesthetic workspaces.
  • Prepare
    2D drawings, 3D models, and presentation renders
    for clients.
  • Coordinate with
    manufacturing, project, and sales teams
    to ensure smooth execution.
  • Manage
    site visits, measurements, and vendor coordination
    for project delivery.
  • Ensure designs comply with
    building codes, safety standards, and client budgets
    .
  • Present
    design concepts and mood boards
    to clients.
  • Research and integrate
    sustainable materials & design trends
    into projects.

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of
    architectural design & office interiors
    .
  • Proficiency in
    AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, or similar software
    .
  • Understanding of
    furniture materials, finishes, and ergonomics
    .
  • Excellent
    space planning and visualization skills
    .
  • Knowledge of
    lighting, MEP coordination, and building regulations
    .
  • Strong
    communication & presentation skills
    .
  • Ability to
    manage multiple projects
    and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture / Interior Design
    .
  • 0–2 years of experience (freshers with strong portfolios are welcome).
  • Portfolio showcasing
    office or commercial interior projects
    is a plus.
