Job Summary:

The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects related to hospital infrastructure, service development, process improvement, or digital transformation. This role requires strong coordination with cross-functional teams, vendors, contractors, and clinical/non-clinical departments to ensure timely and successful project delivery within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Planning & Execution:

  2. Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.

  3. Develop detailed project plans, including Gantt charts, budgets, and milestones.

  4. Monitor progress and make adjustments as necessary.

  5. Infrastructure & Facility Projects:

  6. Oversee construction, renovation, or expansion of hospital buildings, OPD/IPD wards, ICUs, etc.

  7. Coordinate with architects, contractors, biomedical engineers, and suppliers.

  8. Ensure projects comply with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and hospital protocols.

  9. Technology & Digital Health Initiatives:

  10. Manage implementation of HIS (Hospital Information Systems), EMR/EHR systems, telemedicine platforms, etc.

  11. Liaise with IT vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless integration and user training.

  12. Operations Improvement:

  13. Lead process improvement initiatives across departments to improve patient care, reduce costs, or increase efficiency.

  14. Implement lean practices and Six Sigma methodologies where applicable.

  15. Budget & Resource Management:

  16. Prepare and manage project budgets.

  17. Track expenses and ensure cost-effective resource utilization.

  18. Identify and manage project risks and develop contingency plans.

  19. Stakeholder Communication:

  20. Maintain clear communication with hospital leadership, department heads, vendors, and other stakeholders.

  21. Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and presentations on project status.
