Role Overview

We are looking for a
Finance & Accounting Manager
who can own end-to-end finance for a high-growth consumer brand. This role demands someone who can go beyond bookkeeping, someone analytical, driven, and hands-on, with the ability to build strong systems as we scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage
    end-to-end accounting, compliance, and audit
    processes.
  • Oversee
    inventory accounting & costing
    across e-commerce and manufacturing operations.
  • Implement
    MIS, dashboards, and financial controls
    for data-driven decision making.
  • Manage
    GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance
    for ecommerce & manufacturing.
  • Work closely with ops & supply chain to ensure
    working capital efficiency
    .
  • Build processes that balance
    startup agility with financial discipline
    .

What We're Looking For

  • 4–7 years
    of experience in finance & accounting (preferably in consumer/e-commerce/D2C).
  • Strong knowledge of
    accounting standards, compliance, and taxation
    .
  • Comfort with
    Excel/ERP/accounting tools
    (Zoho, Tally, QuickBooks, etc.).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to
    think like a business partner, not just an accountant
    .
  • Hunger to grow with a fast-scaling brand — proactive, resourceful, and founder's mindset.
