Sales Coordinator IN Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) & Industrial Safety Equipment industry. : Andheri (Mumbai)
Only Female Candidates
Role : Sales Coordinator
Location: Mahakali Caves Road, Andheri East
Experience: 0 to 3years
CTC : 15K - 23K (In-hand, based on experience)
Qualification: Graduate in any stream
Freshers with strong Excel skills are also welcome to apply

2 English-speaking candidates
Interview Mode: Face-to-Face (F2F)
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with the sales team to collect and consolidate daily reports
Maintain and update sales records and customer databases
Prepare MIS reports and dashboards for internal review
Use Excel functions like VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables to analyze data
Follow up with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth order processing
Support in preparing quotations, invoices, and documentation
Assist the sales manager in any administrative or operational tasks
Ensure timely communication between departments
Key Skills Required:
Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Basic Formulas)
Strong data management and analytical skills
Good communication and coordination skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to multitask and prioritize work
Basic understanding of sales processes (preferred)
