Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Manager – Finance & Accounts based in Ahmedabad to lead financial operations, ensure compliance, and drive strategic financial planning. The role requires a mix of strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and business acumen to support growth and efficiency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling processes.
  • Provide insights into financial performance, variance analysis, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Oversee accounting operations, general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and reconciliations.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (direct & indirect taxation, GST, TDS, corporate laws, etc.).
  • Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
  • Partner with business leaders to evaluate financial implications of strategies, investments, and projects.
  • Drive cost optimization, working capital management, and financial controls.
  • Prepare MIS reports and dashboards for management and board review.
  • Manage banking relationships, funding requirements, and cash flow planning.
  • Monitor credit, liquidity, and risk management processes.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of finance professionals.
  • Establish best practices, processes, and internal controls.

Qualifications
:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory.
  • 5–8 years of progressive experience in finance and accounts, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation, and compliance frameworks.
  • Proven expertise in financial modeling, analysis, and ERP/accounting systems.
  • Experience in a startup, manufacturing, or multinational environment is a plus.
