Key Responsibilities:

HR Management

  • Recruitment, Selection और Onboarding प्रक्रियाओं का नेतृत्व
  • Employee engagement, performance appraisal और HR policies का execution
  • Manpower planning और Training & Development programs design करना
  • Compliance और HR documentation की monitoring

Marketing Management

  • Branding, PR और Business Promotion activities को plan और execute करना
  • Digital marketing campaigns (LinkedIn, Facebook, Google Ads आदि) चलाना
  • Events, seminars, client meetings और partnership campaigns coordinate करना
  • नए business verticals के लिए marketing strategy बनाना और implement करना

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • MBA/PGDM (HR/Marketing specialization preferred)
  • 5–8 years का relevant experience (HR + Marketing mix)
  • Excellent communication, leadership और negotiation skills
  • Digital marketing tools (SEO, Ads, Analytics, Canva आदि) की practical knowledge
  • Team handling और multitasking का अनुभव
