
Staff Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Staff Nurse to join our hospital team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients while ensuring their comfort and safety. This position is open to nurses with various educational backgrounds, including ANM, GNM, B.Sc. Nursing, and those with a Master's in Nursing.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients based on the application of scientific nursing principles.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and monitor for any side effects.
- Monitor patient progress and maintain detailed and accurate patient records.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, health maintenance, and preventive care.
- Prepare patients for, and assist with, examinations or treatments.
- Operate medical equipment and assist with diagnostic tests.
- Maintain a compassionate environment by providing emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients and families.
Requirements:
- Successful completion of one of the following:
- Auxiliary Nurse Midwifery (ANM)
- General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM)
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.Sc. Nursing)
- Master of Science in Nursing (M.Sc. Nursing)
- Registered as a Nurse with the State Nursing Council.
- Proven experience as a nurse in a hospital or similar healthcare environment.
- Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills, including empathy and the ability to handle stressful situations.
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate and detailed reports and records.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹8, ₹15,000.00 per month
