Position Overview:
The Wet Wash Glove Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales of wet wash glove to healthcare facilities, long-term care facilities, and other relevant markets in India. This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, building relationships with key decision-makers, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets for wet wash gloves.
- dentify and prospect new clients in the healthcare sector, including hospitals, nursing homes, and old age homes
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to maximize repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to healthcare professionals and facility staff. Provide training and support to clients on the proper use and benefits of wet wash glove.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to management on a regular basis.
- Create an effective sales team with time for long term efficient sales.
- Develop a systematic Dealer network.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the healthcare or medical device industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively manage time, prioritizes tasks, and work independently.
- Excellent presentation and demonstration skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- Knowledge of infection control practices and healthcare regulations is desirable.
Sales Compensation :
Basic Salary with Travelling Allowances.
