The core mission is to champion the sales of our state-of-the-art Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and integration services.

  • Sales & Relationship Building: Target and build lasting relationships with large-scale Developers, Utilities, EPCs, and Multi-national Businesses.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Engineer creative and mutually beneficial partnership agreements for bidding on transformative projects.
  • Technical Expertise: Continuously deepen your technical knowledge of BESS to articulate our unique value proposition.
  • Culture & Technology: Embrace our tech-forward approach, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and automation.
  • AI Integration: Contribute to building cutting-edge processes that leverage automation and AI in the Cleantech domain.

What You Bring to the Table:

We are specifically looking for a high-potential individual who is ready to take full ownership and thrive in an independent, fast-paced environment.

  • Experience Profile: You must have less than 5 years of total professional experience preferably and a strong desire for in-depth learning. We are looking for early-career professionals, not mid-career candidates.
  • Education: A degree in Engineering and demonstrable experience in the power/energy industry. Graduates from IITs, IIMs, or equivalent top-tier universities will be given strong preference19.
  • Industry Knowledge: Prior exposure to the energy sector and a familiarity with energy storage concepts.
  • Mindset & Ownership: A proactive, results-oriented approach with a knack for identifying and pursuing new opportunities. This role requires a high degree of ownership and the willingness to take initiative, including the necessary "running around" to drive deals to closure.
  • Independence: Ability to operate independently in Delhi while collaborating effectively with our core team.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable in technical and commercial discussions23. You are proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, CRMs with an eagerness to explore and utilize emerging AI tools24.
