Role: Patient Counsellor

As a Patient Counsellor, you will play a vital role in guiding patients through their recovery journey. This role blends patient care with sales, communication, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Counselling patients on treatment approach, recovery expectations & pricing

Building trust by educating patients in simple, clear communication

Ensuring a seamless patient experience from first visit to treatment completion

Driving patient conversions with empathy-driven sales approach

Handling queries, addressing concerns, and creating long-term patient relationships

Coordinating with doctors, finance, and operations for smooth clinic functioning

What We're Looking For:

Excellent conversation & communication skills

Strong sales orientation with ability to meet targets

Empathy, patience, and confidence in handling patients

HSC/Graduate with proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Prior experience in patient counseling, customer service, or sales preferred
