Young Professional (Human Resources)

Exp 1 to 2 Years

Educational Qualifications:

  • A first-class graduate in Human Resource Management/ Business Administration or a related field (from institutes ranked by NIRF 2024 either Top 100 in Overall or Top 100 Universities or Top 50 Colleges or Top 50 in Management).

Experience:

  • Experience in Human Resource Management, Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, or related HR functions.
  • Familiarity with HR policies, labor laws, and HR frameworks.
  • Strong skills in recruitment, performance management, and capacity building.
  • Experience in organizing HR training and orientation programs.
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle employee grievances and maintain a positive workplace environment.
  • Proficiency in HR analytics, MIS, and preparation of reports for decision-making.
  • Experience in coordinating with multiple stakeholders including government agencies, NGOs, and HR consultants.

Skills and Expertise:

  • The Consultant will provide HR management support, organizational development advice, and capacity-building in line with the Departments initiatives.
  • The role will focus on strengthening human capital management, recruitment processes, employee welfare, and organizational efficiency.
  • Strong analytical and evaluation skills to assess HR policies and practices.
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders, including state departments, NGOs, and implementing partners.
  • Proficiency in HR software, data analysis, and reporting for workforce planning and recommendations.
  • Willingness to travel extensively to different states and districts for HR program assessments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support HR planning, recruitment, and onboarding processes for various projects.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, standard operating procedures, and employee handbooks.
  • Provide technical expertise on workforce management, employee engagement, and training needs assessment.
  • Design and deliver HR capacity-building programs, workshops, and training for staff and stakeholders.
  • Conduct research and analysis on HR trends, talent management, and organizational development strategies.
  • Draft reports, policy briefs, guidelines, and HR frameworks to support evidence-based decision-making.
  • Monitor and evaluate HR practices within the Department, identifying gaps and recommending improvements.
  • Promote employee well-being, diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, service rules, and government HR norms.
  • Facilitate performance management, grievance redressal, and staff development programs
