About the Role:

We're looking for a creative and passionate Videographer & Video Editor to join our real estate marketing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong visual sense, storytelling ability, and a keen eye for showcasing luxury properties and lifestyle experiences through engaging video content.

Key Responsibilities:

Videography:

  • Plan and shoot property walkthrough videos, project highlights, client testimonials, and lifestyle videos.
  • Capture aerial footage and cinematic shots of properties and amenities.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop creative concepts for property launches and campaigns.
  • Ensure professional lighting, framing, and audio quality in all shoots.

Video Editing:

  • Edit raw footage into engaging short-form and long-form videos for social media, websites, and YouTube.
  • Add music, graphics, captions, motion effects, and transitions to enhance visual appeal.
  • Maintain a consistent brand tone and visual style across all video outputs.
  • Optimize videos for YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and Facebook Ads.

Creative Direction:

  • Develop new video ideas that attract and engage property buyers.
  • Stay updated with real estate video trends and social media best practices.
  • Collaborate with photographers, designers, and sales teams to produce impactful marketing content.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Videographer & Editor, preferably in real estate or luxury brand marketing.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.
  • Knowledge of camera operations, drone videography, and lighting setup.
  • Strong storytelling, composition, and editing sense.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and video SEO is a plus.
