Role summary

We're looking for a creative powerhouse who can own our entire video pipeline end-to-end from shooting to editing to delivering high-impact content. This is a high-ownership role where you'll work directly with the founders, experiment freely, and eventually build and lead your own content team.

What You'll Do

  • Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality videos across product, brand, and social channels
  • Own the complete editing workflow — rough cuts, sound design, color grading, final delivery
  • Collaborate closely with founders, marketing, and product teams to bring ideas to life
  • Manage on-set execution: lighting, framing, audio, and overall visual quality
  • Drive creative concepts, moodboards, and visual storytelling styles
  • Build scalable processes for content production as we grow
  • Manage interns and freelancers to help set up the video & production team over time

Must-Have Skills

  • Strong video editing skills (Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Proficiency in new gen AI tools (HeyGen/ ElevenLabs/ Gemini Pro, etc)
  • Hands-on cinematography experience (DSLR/Mirrorless shooting, lighting, framing)
  • Ability to produce end-to-end content: scripting → shooting → editing → final export
  • A creative eye for storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics
  • Basic sound design and color grading understanding
  • Portfolio of previous work (mandatory)
