Videographer Intern (Reels-First)

Why this role

Help us tell powerful, spiritual stories through short-form video—shoot, edit, and ship high-performing reels for Instagram/YouTube, product demos, founder bytes, and event coverage.

What you'll do

  • Pre-production:
    Convert briefs into shot lists & storyboards; arrange props, product setups, and basic lighting.
  • Production:
    Shoot vertical-first content (mobile + mirrorless), capture clean audio, frame A/B hooks, and manage on-set continuity.
  • Post-production:
    Edit fast in CapCut/Premiere, add motion text, SFX, transitions, and clean color/audio; export platform-ready masters.
  • Content ops:
    Organize footage, maintain an asset library, version edits for A/B tests, and deliver on daily/weekly calendars.
  • Brand fit:
    Integrate Divine Hindu products tastefully; follow brand guidelines (fonts, colors, logo use).
  • Event & studio:
    Cover in-office shoots, influencer collabs, and occasional temple/store/location shoots.

Must-haves

  • Solid reel/shorts portfolio (share links).
  • Hands-on with
    CapCut/Premiere
    , basic color correction, subtitles, and beat-sync.
  • Understands hooks, retention curves, and thumb-stopping first 3 seconds.
  • Comfortable operating
    phone + basic camera gear
    , lights, and mics.
  • Speed + discipline: can turn around
    3–5 edits/day
    when assets are ready.
  • Clear communication; basic Hindi & English.

Good to have

  • After Effects/Motion graphics basics, product tabletop shooting, macro shots.
  • Interest in Indian culture/spirituality (Rudraksha, gemstones, festivals).
  • Photography skills for thumbnails & product stills.
