About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilledCNS/ATM Systems Consultantto lead the development, integration, and optimization of air navigation systems in compliance withICAO standards. You will play a strategic role in modernizing infrastructure, enhancing operational efficiency, and shaping the future ofairspace architecture. This is a hybrid role requiring both technical expertise and stakeholder engagement skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • OverseeCNS/ATM system development and optimizationto ensure alignment with ICAO standards and global best practices.
  • Evaluate existing air navigation infrastructure and recommendmodernization strategiesfor improved safety and efficiency.
  • ManageCNS/ATM integration projectsfocusing on automation, data services, and dynamic airspace configuration.
  • Collaborate withaviation authoritiesandair navigation service providersto ensure compliance and operational excellence.
  • Facilitateworkshops, consultations, and regulatory discussionsto align project goals with industry requirements.
  • Conductsystem assessmentsand implement controls to safeguard against operational and cybersecurity threats in hybrid setups.
  • Drivelong-term innovation initiativesfor next-generation CNS/ATM capabilities and service models.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degreein Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Masters preferred).
  • 6-9 yearsof experience in air navigation systems, with hands-on expertise in CNS/ATM technologies.
  • Strong knowledge ofautomation systems, data services, and airspace management tools.
  • Proven ability tomanage stakeholdersand navigate cross-functional aviation projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical information clearly.
