  • Resource needs to support for s/w creation for SIT and UAT.
  • Resource needs to conduct SIT test cases in customer location and submit daily report to NCR and BANK.
  • Resource needs to conduct UAT test cases in customer location and submit daily report to NCR and BANK.
  • Resource needs to track issues though JIRA tool and have experience in using JIRA tool.
  • Resource needs to raise ATM software issues with Level 1 software support team, co-ordinate, test and bring the fixes for the issues raised.
  • Resource need to go customer facing for the meetings of the issues or quires being raised from the production machines.
  • Need to co-ordinate with various teams in the NCR for resolution of ATM production issues.
