About the RoleWe are looking for an IT Business Analyst to join our Fund Accounting and Middle Office (FAMO) Domain team. The role involves working on Capital Markets projects, Data Warehousing solutions, and transversal IT systems. Youll collaborate with global stakeholders, work across multiple BP2S applications, and play a crucial role in delivering scalable, client-agnostic solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a consulted party in reviewing business requirements and provide feedback.
  • Work with project stakeholders to design scalable solutions aligned with business goals.
  • Create user stories ensuring proper handshake with development & testing teams.
  • Provide solution options for risks and issues during the project lifecycle.
  • Support technical, business & test teams during UAT & SIT phases.
  • Ensure smooth service delivery handover and provide post-implementation support.
  • Work on interfaces across multiple BP2S applications within Fund Accounting & Middle Office.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of BA role in Capital Markets, Custody, Fund Accounting, and Middle Office systems.
  • Hands-on experience in Data Warehousing, SQL, and data transformation techniques.
  • Good understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and testing frameworks.
  • Excellent documentation & requirement engineering skills.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into IT specifications.

Qualifications

  • Graduate in Computer Science / Business Administration / IT or related field.
  • 5–7 years of IT experience in Business Analysis roles.
  • Proven track record in requirement gathering, documentation, and project delivery.
