Job Description:

Kreatica Packaging is a leading manufacturer of high-quality rigid boxes and mono cartons. We are seeking a dynamic B2B Client Servicing to build and manage strong relationships with our B2B clients. You will be responsible for understanding client needs, coordinating new packaging developments, ensuring timely project execution, and providing exceptional ongoing support.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the main point of contact for B2B clients.
  • Coordinate new packaging projects from concept to delivery.
  • Prepare and present quotations.
  • Proactively communicate project status and manage expectations.
  • Ensure high client satisfaction.
  • Address customer inquiries on printing, packaging, orders, and accounts via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records.
  • Process orders accurately and track progress, providing updates.
  • Manage customer expectations throughout the process.
  • Gather feedback for service and product improvement.
  • Uphold company policies for a positive customer experience.

Tasks & Activities:

  • Answer customer calls, emails, and chats professionally.
  • Understand customer needs and concerns thoroughly.
  • Research issues and provide timely solutions.
  • Collaborate with production, sales, and design to resolve issues.
  • Process new orders with clear specifications and deadlines.
  • Track order progress and keep customers informed.
  • Respond to feedback promptly and professionally, resolving issues.
  • Proactively exceed customer expectations and build relationships.
  • Maintain an organized work environment and meet deadlines.
  • Participate in training on products, services, and industry trends.

Qualifications:
