Job Title: Play Pal

Grade: A1 Role:

Warmly welcome and approach each customer – customer's inclination to shop starts right from the first step & eye contact.

To efficiently adhere to all "company procedures and policies."

To work with the team to achieve award winning "customer service."

To actively approach all aspects of work in a positive, productive, and professional manner.

To ask for feedback about performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Contribute to achieve store KPIs.

Believes and lives the attitude of "Sheer customer delight" – go beyond

Play and engage small kids in the age group of 2-8 years old

Contribute towards play experience and keeping the ambience in accordance with the Brand standards and guidelines.

Live the "ownership mentality" – create a wow experience in the store for all the kids.

Ability to deliver on all aspects with least guidance from the store manager.

Dealing well with different viewpoints as part of a (multidisciplinary) team.

Ability to work with a team .

Share information, ideas and suggestions to accomplish mutual goals.

Stay attuned to latest trends to be able to engage with kids based on their interests – in line with play experiences.

Desired Skills & Abilities

Candidate ideally should have an inclination to engage & manage kids of younger age group from 2 years to 8 years.

Good communication and interpersonal skills - understand customer (kids) needs

Good at relationship building – engagement with kids and experience for customer loyalty.

Happy & positive personality

Ability to follow brand and store guidelines.

Education & Experience Required:

Work experience of 2 to 4+ yrs. preferably in hospitality, retail, activity centres and pre-school.

Prior experience of working with children will be an added advantage.

Ability to understand and handle aspects of play area with multi-attractions retail operational and merchandising - from the delivery of stock to the final sale of the product.

Candidate should possess extra-curricular skill-sets for sports, dance, arts and craft, story-telling, singing, emcee etc.

Should be able to share multiple instances of "Customer Delight" and strong "one-to-one relationship building".
