Role Overview: As a Quality and Process Excellence Lead at Wipro, you will play a crucial role in supporting process excellence initiatives and leading improvement projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities will include driving benchmarking and deploying best practices across accounts, identifying process gaps, and improvement opportunities to enhance business processes" efficiency and effectiveness. Proactively mitigating potential customer dissatisfaction risks and collaborating closely with customers and operations leadership to implement improvement opportunities are key aspects of your role.
