Why this role matters This isn't just about sending emails or notifications. It's about designing journeys that inform, support, and inspire our distributor community. You'll be the bridge between business goals and distributor needs, ensuring that every message is timely, relevant, and impactful.
What you'll own
  • Writing crisp, clear communication across email, WhatsApp, newsletters, and push notifications
  • Crafting drip campaigns and automated journeys that truly resonate
  • Experimenting with new formats and channels to keep things fresh
  • Partnering with Sales, Product, RMX, VRM, and Compliance teams to deliver aligned, compliant messaging
  • Tracking campaign performance and turning insights into improvements
What makes you a great fit
  • 5–7 years of experience in CRM campaigns, automation, or distributor communication
  • Hands-on with CleverTap (or similar marketing automation platforms)
  • A natural storyteller who can make complex ideas sound simple
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and driven by data but also creative enough to try new ideas
