Description

We are looking for an experienced
Salesforce Developer / Technical Lead
to design, build, and maintain scalable CRM solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality Salesforce applications.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy customized solutions within the Salesforce platform.
  • Develop applications/modules as per user stories and low-level designs.
  • Write high-quality, well-documented code with 95%+ test coverage.
  • Participate in code reviews, release planning, and defect management.
  • Perform impact analysis, effort estimation, and sprint planning.
  • Provide technical solutions and design inputs during project planning.
  • Mentor junior team members and assist in onboarding.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to refine business requirements.
  • Support release management, sandbox refresh, and CI/CD processes.
  • Ensure adherence to Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and project SLAs.

    Sales Cloud
    ,
    Service Cloud
    , or
    Experience Cloud (Communities)
    .
  • Knowledge of DevOps tools for Salesforce (Gearset, Copado, Jenkins, etc.).
  • Experience with sandbox management and refresh cycles.
  • Hands-on with ETL tools and data migration best practices.
  • Familiarity with integration security mechanisms such as TLS/HTTPS.
  • Experience working with U.S. clients or global teams.
  • Contribution to internal knowledge sharing, reusable assets, or hackathons.
