About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven
Business Development Manager (BDM)
with experience in
Staff Augmentation
services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, managing existing accounts, and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in staffing through networking, cold calling, and market research.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (HR, Procurement, Delivery Heads, etc.) in target organizations.
  • Understand client requirements and collaborate with internal recruitment/delivery teams to ensure timely and quality resource delivery.
  • Prepare and present business proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and update CRM tools with accurate client and opportunity data.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands in the staffing and workforce solutions space.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through consistent communication and account management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of proven experience in Business Development / Sales within staff augmentation, IT services, or recruitment industry.
  • Strong understanding of hiring processes and resource management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Existing network or client base in the staffing or consulting domain.
  • Experience in working with enterprise clients or large system integrators.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
