- This involves developing recruitment strategies, sourcing and evaluating candidates, maintaining candidate databases, coordinating with department managers to understand hiring needs, and providing coaching to team members. The lead also monitors key recruitment metrics to ensure efficiency, compliance with policies, and a positive team environment.
- Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Lead, manage, and motivate the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets and goals.
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to identify and attract top talent.
- Process Oversight: Oversee the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with HR and department heads to understand staffing needs and ensure they are met.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire to ensure efficiency and success.
- Compliance & Data Integrity: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Team Development: Provide coaching, training, and support to team members, and foster a positive work environment.
- Budget Management: Manage the recruitment budget to ensure cost-effective hiring practices.
- Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Leadership & Management: Proven ability to lead and inspire a team to achieve objectives.
- Recruitment Expertise: Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing methods, and candidate evaluation techniques
- Interpersonal & Communication Skills: Excellent ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and processes efficiently.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute recruitment strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Analytical Skills: Competence in analyzing recruitment metrics and reporting on team performance.
