Job Summary:

The Senior Account Executive will be responsible for overseeing the complete accounting process, ensuring accurate financial reporting, statutory compliance, and smooth day-to-day operations of the Accounts Department. The role demands strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage accounting functions independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, bank reconciliation, and general ledger.
  • Prepare and review journal entries, trial balance, and financial statements.
  • Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax and other statutory compliances including returns, payments, and reconciliations.
  • Oversee vendor and customer account reconciliations.
  • Monitor inventory valuation and coordinate with stores and purchase departments.
  • Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Handle audit requirements and liaise with internal/external auditors.
  • Manage payroll accounting and employee reimbursement processes.
  • Support management in budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and statutory regulations.
  • Guide and supervise junior accounting staff.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
