  1. Rider Sourcing & Acquisition

Identify and procure potential riders through field campaigns, local drives, stalls, and community engagement.

Conduct door-to-door visits, parking stand visits, and market scouting to generate leads.

Use digital platforms, referral networks, and on-ground promotions to attract riders for EV fleet deployment.

  1. Rider Screening & Onboarding

Verify candidate documents such as Driving License, Aadhaar, PAN, and background checks.

Brief riders about company policies, rental plans, security deposit, and EV usage guidelines.

Ensure smooth completion of onboarding forms, agreements, and KYC processes.

  1. Fleet Deployment Coordination

Coordinate with the operations team to allot EVs to qualified riders.

Explain vehicle features, charging process, detachable battery handling, and safety procedures.

Assist riders during vehicle handover and first-day operational support.

  1. Field Activities & Campaign Execution

Plan and execute field recruitment campaigns in high-potential zones.

Build relationships with delivery hubs, aggregators, and local influencers for rider sourcing.

Monitor campaign performance and share daily reports.

  1. Documentation & Reporting

Maintain accurate records of leads, walk-ins, onboarded riders, and pending cases.

Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports to management.

Track rider performance during initial deployment phases.

  1. Support & Issue Resolution

Coordinate with riders to resolve onboarding-related issues.

Act as a field point-of-contact for new riders during their initial days.

Provide feedback to management on field challenges and improvement areas.

  1. Compliance & Policy Adherence

Ensure all company recruitment policies and safety guidelines are followed.

Handle onboarding with professionalism while maintaining company standards.
