Hiring a Receptionist cum admin
Front Office & Visitor Management
- Greet and welcome guests; direct them to the right people.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence.
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
- Handle security, like visitor logs and issuing badges.
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries.
Administrative & Clerical Duties
- Schedule meetings and manage calendars for staff/executives.
- Perform data entry, filing, photocopying, and general record-keeping.
- Order, track, and manage office supplies and equipment.
- Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and documents.
- Support HR tasks (attendance, gate passes, training coordination).
Support & Coordination
- Provide information about products/services.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors.
- Assist with event planning and coordination.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
Key Skills Needed
- Excellent communication (written/verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Strong multitasking, time management, and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and general office equipment.
- Proactive, resourceful, and professional attitude.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
