A Receptionist Cum Office Admin Assistant is a dual role that handles both front-desk and administrative duties, including greeting visitors, managing phone calls, and handling correspondence. The position also involves administrative support tasks like filing, scheduling, data entry, managing office supplies, and assisting management with various projects. This role ensures the office runs smoothly and provides a welcoming first impression to guests. Front desk responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors: Be the first point of contact, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Manage calls: Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments or staff members.
  • Handle mail and deliveries: Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
  • Monitor access: Control office access by managing visitor logs and issuing badges.

Administrative responsibilities

  • Manage correspondence: Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and faxes.
  • Maintain records: Keep files, documents, and records organized and up to date.
  • Handle scheduling: Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars.
  • Manage supplies: Order and maintain an inventory of office supplies and stationery.
  • Provide clerical support: Perform various clerical duties like photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
  • Assist management: Offer general administrative support to the office or department heads as needed.

Other responsibilities

  • Communicate: Coordinate with different departments and facilitate communication among staff.
  • Maintain the office: Ensure the reception and common areas are tidy and presentable.
  • Handle logistics: Arrange transportation or other logistics for meetings, events, or staff.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
