Senior Analyst(UI/UX Designer & Front End Developer) – USI Supporting Belgium DSI ITS - Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited (USI BSO NSE ITS)

The USI BSO NSE ITS team develops Custom products, applications, and services for Deloitte professionals globally. As a team we are here to delight customers by embracing design thinking, agility, innovation, and a customer first focus.

Work you'll do

A UI/UX Designer with Front-End Development skills bridges the gap between visual design and technical implementation. This role is responsible for designing user interfaces and experiences, then translating those designs into functional, responsive web applications using front-end technologies

To work on a variety of projects and be presented with the challenge of determining at a detailed level how an array of applications will be integrated across both cloud and on-premise.

This position requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You will communicate, align with the business and report to the Technical Manager.

Must be capable of working independently and collaboratively, demonstrated self-starter, with the ability to set the direction when there is little or no oversight.

Responsibilities

User Research & Experience Design:

• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability studies to understand user needs.
• Develop user personas, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Design intuitive, engaging, and accessible interfaces for web and mobile platforms.

Visual Design:

• Create high-fidelity mockups and visual assets that align with brand guidelines.
• Ensure consistency in typography, color, and layout across all digital products.

Front-End Development:

• Convert UI/UX designs into responsive, interactive web pages using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (and frameworks like React, Angular, or , if required).
• Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless data flow.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and accessibility.

Collaboration & Communication:

• Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define requirements and deliver solutions.
• Present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders and incorporate feedback.

Testing & Iteration:

• Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs and code based on user feedback.
• Identify and troubleshoot UI/UX issues in existing products.
